Wonderful is this tarator!

Ha now some ideas - first chopped cucumbers and Salt the them. Put a little olive oil. Mixed yogurt Pour it then to not become fat large islands in Tarator - not beautiful - like my spots oil into the ocean :). If you experiment, put olives and walnuts instead recommend cashews. Garlic think is a little much, but it depends on you.

Gherkin might grated becomes even more delicious.

For me, in the summer there is nothing more delicious!

Tarator is wonderful, but scraping the cucumber is pure laziness and reminiscent of the dining room of a socialist!

Mmm, to E_N_A, and I sliced cucumbers like him more :). Very rarely scrape cucumber.

In Tarator us is honor. Prefer it with chopped cucumber.

I do not know about you, but .. I do tarator wonderful all around me love him cubes Tarator is best because the cucumber is felt not her nastarzhem and pass as ayran ... do it in much the same way but, however, add acid ie .. freshly squeezed lemon gives a damn great freshness .. if someone tried to comment .. .. tell how;)

The most delicious tarator!

most famous Bulgarian dish is probably Tarator who has tried ... still wanted to eat :)

I like # 8, I love to spew a little vinegar or lemon juice. But is easily overdone, there is a thin line and izvadnazh becomes very unpleasant sour right. Me and parsley like with or without dill. Olive oil is incomparably better than oil - a completely different taste :)

Classics! Love it more dense and with plenty of dill.
