Ingredients
500 g flour
20 g yeast
1/2 tsp baking soda
150 ml milk
100 g yogurt
200 g of cheese, 1 egg
50 g butter
1 tsp brandy
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Yeast and sugar is dissolved in the warm milk. Sift the flour, make a well and it put salt, baking soda, yogurt, grated cheese, eggs, melted butter and brandy. Add the dissolved yeast and kneading the soft dough. Do not let it rest. On floured surface roll dough to 1 cm thick. Cut into triangles. Allow to rest 10 minutes. Kashkavalkite fry in heated sunflower oil. Can be eaten hot or cold.
