Pots with minced meat and mashed potatoes

Ingredients
2-3 tomatoes
1 large onion
6-7 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cloves garlic
300 g beef
1 carrot
4-5 tbsp white wine
1 / 2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
salt
pepper
100 g cheese
# For mashed potatoes:
1 kg potatoes
3-4 tbsp milk
pepper
salt
pinch of nutmeg

Method
Peel the potatoes , cut into large cubes and boil in salted water previously boiled. Boiled potatoes Strain while hot, add milk, salt and nutmeg. Tomatoes blanched and peeled. Onions cut into small pieces and fry. Add the chopped carrot and garlic and sauté. Once the vegetables are stifled, add the minced meat. Stir until crumbs and turn pink. When everything is fried, pour white wine. Add the tomatoes and leave the fire until the liquid evaporates. Finally, the addition of spices. Optional can be sprinkled with pepper. At the bottom of the pot to pour a little mashed potatoes, put it filling and cover with sauce. Bake 30-40 minutes at 220 C. The finished portions are sprinkled with cheese and served.

A great recipe! Becomes very tasty! I made it in eneglasova pot since I had only four pots, and the mixture was more. Instead of cheese on top knocked a few eggs. If you have not tried - many have lost ...
