Ingredients
250 g yogurt
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 egg
1 and 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
soda 1 tsp ammonia optional
1 vanilla

Method
Egg stir the sugar until blanching, then add other products and mix well, like soda is dissolved in advance in yogurt. Pour into greased with butter and sprinkled with flour form, and bake in a moderate oven. * Optional can add walnuts, Turkish delight or other.

It is very tasty, is usually very dry.

cake is not dry, as mentioned below. I swapped the ammonia soda with 1 h. L. Baking powder and added to color a little cocoa to a part of the mixture. Put 1 and 1/3 hours. H. Flour instead of 1 and 1/2, and rum essence.
