Mushrooms baked with cream and buckwheat

Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
200 g buckwheat
egg 1
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
parsley
dill
pepper, salt
Method
Mushrooms are cleaned and cut. In a pan melt the butter, add the mushrooms, pepper, salt and kept on the stove for about 5 minutes. Ready mushrooms pour into a baking dish, greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Buckwheat is cleaned, washed, pour into a container with 0.5 liters of boiling water and leave it on the stove to boil. Reduce the heat and leave to boil for 10-15 minutes. In the finished slurry is a mixture of beaten eggs and cream. Mix and pour into the paper tray on mushrooms. Put it in a preheated oven 180C degrees and bake for 10 minutes. The finished dish is sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and dill.
