Sop cheese

Ingredients
3/4 ​​(750 g) of dry white bread
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) feta cheese
125 g butter
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
5 cups (1 liter) of water

Method
Bread is crushed bites and put rows in a deep pot, such as between the lines and on top is placed crumbled feta cheese. The butter fry, away from heat and stir in the red pepper, then pour salted water, allow to boil and pour over the bread. Withering was capped to choke. Serve warm.

And I love you so much pap! I prefer it with store-bought biscuits however (taste great), missing the red pepper, but add a few tablespoons of sugar!

This sop awaken great memories from both my childhood and when my daughter was little she often did for breakfast. I know the recipe from my grandmother and she slightly different halls with hot water (salted if the cheese is not salty) to choke and then gently pour the fried oil and sandwiching again. Now do it again for breakfast sometimes. In our stay when bread is cut into chunks that overdo and stored in a cloth bag. These nuggets use to sop or cream soup.
