Biscuits with peanut butter and jam

Ingredients
3/4 ​​cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup Peanut butter
1/2 cup soft butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 and 1/4 cup flour
1 cup jam or jelly
Method
Both types of oils are broken down well with both types of sugar. Add eggs and stirring was continued. Add the essence and after it and flour mixed with baking soda and salt. Blended into a smooth dough. Between two sheets of parchment paper and spread the dough is rolled out in the form of a rectangle with a thickness of 5-6 mm. Remove the top sheet and the dough is cut into 4 strips lengthwise. Cover again and transfer to a baking dish and went in the freezer for 30 minutes. Jam is divided into 3 parts. Each strip of dough already tight, smear with some of the jam and stackable. Ends with the fourth band. Wrap in paper and went back in the freezer for at least 2 hours, best overnight. Frozen dough is placed on a cutting board (layers perpendicular to the board). With a bread knife cut cookies with thickness 0.5 - 1 cm. Are arranged lying in a tray covered with baking paper. Put them in a preheated 180C oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until they begin to darken.
