Chicken hearts in cream

Ingredients
700 g chicken hearts
200 g sour cream
red pepper, black pepper, salt colorful, Winter savory, salt

Method
Take good hearts and are cleared, then put to brew. Once the boil to boil 40-45 minutes. During this time, prepare the cream, pour the cream into a suitable container and to it add black pepper, red pepper, salt, colored salt and Winter savory (all spices are added to taste), stir well and add a little bit of the broth in which we boiled hearts and finally add the already cooked hearts and confuse them in the mixture. Serve warm.
