Jam strawberries whiskey

Ingredients
1 kg of fresh strawberries
1 kg of sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp citric acid (limontozu)
2 tbsp whiskey
Method
Strawberries are cleaned from the stalk. If there are rotten fruit must be removed. Then washed well under running water. After drain well put in a deep baking tray. Put some whiskey. Finally, add sugar and water. The prepared fruit is put cooking stove. After boil sweet is better to take a spoon and periodically remove the foam. If necessary, reduces the degree of cooking of 2 or 3. Sweet is ready when taken from the syrup and application of a drop on plate drop must retain its shape. Finally, the citric acid was added and well stirred. Be careful not to thicken very sweet. Jam filled in jars, which are very well washed and dry. This is my favorite sweet. I have not put whiskey, but will try!
