Spicy butter

Ingredients
250 g butter
rind of 1 lemon
lime zest 1
1 very small onion or shallots chapters 2-3
2 cloves garlic
1 green chili pepper
2 tbsp parsley optional
salt
pepper
50 g grated Parmesan

Method
The butter is left at room temperature until soft. Grate the onion peel of lemon and lime, which previously bathed with hot water to develop flavor. Chilli clean the seed, onion and garlic peel. Cut into very small pieces or pureed. To the puree add chopped parsley, salt and pepper, grated zest and Parmesan. Mix everything with soft butter. Onions peel easily if scalded. The butter is permanently in the fridge as normal durability. Serve on toast, on a fresh baguette for seasoning to sauces, to roast meat and chicken on pasta and rice, and others.
