Ingredients
2 kg of grapes
1 kg of sugar
1 cup (200 ml) of water
2-3 leaf geranium

Method
The most suitable varieties Bolgar and smoke. Grapes are washed and cleaned seeds. Sprinkle with sugar, add water and boil over high heat to thicken the syrup. Add indrisheto, remove from heat and let stand effuse court then packed into jars. After cooling jam jars are closed. Store in a cool dry place.
