Monkey bread with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1/2 cup milk
1 and 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
2 and 1/3 cup sifted flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
# apple butter:
1 large apple
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
# For cinnamon sugar:
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
# of bread spreads:
1 tbsp fresh milk
1 tbsp sesame seeds or 2 tbsp sliced ​​almonds

Method
Make the dough: In a bowl Confuse warm milk, sugar and yeast, while Dissolve the yeast and leave for 5 minutes. Add the eggs, flour, salt and melted butter. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat and add the apples, cinnamon and sugar. Cook over medium heat until tender apples (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and mash the apples with a fork until a puree. Cool. Preparation of bread: The risen dough on floured surface place and roll out to a rectangle of 15h30 cm. After removing the form from the oven, leave on a wire rack for about 5 minutes, grasp the edges of paper and remove the bread from the form before the sugar has cooled and is stuck to the parties. * Apples can be replaced with pears. * To apple butter can be added chopped walnuts.
