Ingredients
          # For yolk cream:
          1 liter milk
          1 cup sugar
          5 yolks
          1 vanilla
          6 tbsp flour
          # Egg white Cream:
          5 egg whites
          1 cup sugar
          # For caramel cream:
          1 cup sugar
          1 cup chopped walnuts

          Method
              Yolk cream, yolks mixed with sugar, flour and milk. Place on the hot plate with constant stirring until thickened.   Egg white Cream: Whip snow with sugar.   Caramel Cream: The sugar is caramelized, add the walnuts and 1/3 of egg white cream.   In transparent cups or bowls at the bottom put yolk cream, then from the caramel and top of egg white . Top can be decked with some fruit. Allow to stand for several hours in the refrigerator before serving.

I do the same cream but yolk cream divide it into two and one paint it with cocoa. I'll put a picture but has a very good quality for which I apologize.
cream seemed interesting, but the sugar in it is very much to our taste. I reduced the sugar and half, I tried three parts separately, I did enough sweet. Try it tomorrow I will share the results. Only one part of the recipe do not become clear - how prepared caramel cream. I melted and sugar while still hot was put walnuts and 1/3 of protein cream. Get something pretty solid and particularly, partly because sugar is less. Anyway, I do not think the ingredients of caramel cream can be a cream.
Cream became delicious, but put only 1/2. H. Sugar in each of the 3 parts. More sugar would be too much. However, I'm not sure that was the caramel cream thing.
