Fruit goulash bokvurst

Ingredients
500 g bokvurst (5 wurst) or other smoked sausage
1 bunch green onions
250 g cherry tomatoes
1 can pineapple (150 g)
1 can mandarin (150 g)
2 tbsp butter
400 ml vegetable broth
1 tbsp starch
70 g sour cream
salt
Method
Cleaned, washed and chopped green onions and cherry domatchetata. Subtract from canned fruit and leave to drain. Sausage Cut into small pieces, boil the butter. Lightly fry the pieces and remove them from the pan. In fat put onion and pineapple pieces to braised for about 5 minutes Add the vegetable broth and let it boil. Starch mix well with the cream and pour it into the sauce to thicken. Add sausages, domatchetata and mandarins and heated once more. Suitable side dish to gulasha is rice.

What are German sausages, which are different from ours. Not greasy and really meat :)
