Ingredients
250-300 g nettle
4-5 peppers
fresh green onions
fresh garlic
5-6 sprigs of parsley
mint
salt
lemon juice (vinegar)
olive oil (sunflower oil)
optional - olives, boiled eggs, cheese

Method
From the well cleaned and washed nettle leaves are removed. Cut into small pieces, add salt and gently rubbing sore. Add chopped peppers, onion, garlic, parsley and a few mint leaves. Salad is seasoned to taste. Optional can add chopped olives, eggs and grated feta cheese or with them to adorn salad at presentation.

To this salad once my father was adding leaves of dandelion and primrose. And become more healthy salad.
