1 kg minced meat
2 tsp savory
1/2 tsp grated
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 stalk leek
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
150 g grated cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with spices then add eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese and leeks, chopped. Dough is nice (as you knead products added about 1/2 cup of water to be juicy). Bake on the BBQ or pan.

I love everything cooked with leeks. These meatballs seem to me delicious! Only where water is added something I do not understand-not to become a rare mixture, I did not put water in minced meatballs when I do.
goal is to become juicy meatballs amount of water depends on the meat does not overdo it and it is not rare. May miss the water
Congratulations for the great recipe! I was afraid it might stick meatballs grill pan, but coated them with oil, as I always do with ordinary and I had no problem. Become extremely juicy and delicious. Friends try - you will not regret it :)!
