Ingredients
400 g of pasta (preferably spirals)
1 kg onions
1 kg yogurt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp dried mint
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt
pepper
Method
Boil macaroni in lightly salted water. Chop into crescents and fry in the oil to get a nice golden color. Add red pepper and mint. Finished pasta drain well water and place in a baking dish. Top put yogurt and onions, seasoned with salt and pepper and a good mix. Dish to cool well and then serve.

I do not know whether the recipe is original or not, but to me and I loved it. I'm on a diet and wondering what to cook. I liked this dish, thanks for the idea!
