Revani

Ingredients
# For the dough:
5 eggs
4 tbsp (50 g) sugar
1/2 tea cup (100 g) flour
5 tsp (25 g) semolina
1 tsp (5 ml) of water for yolks
1 vanilla powder
# For the syrup:
1 cup (200 ml) of water
1 cup (200 g) sugar

Method
Yolks separated from egg whites and is broken down into a warm part of the sugar and water. As melt the sugar, the court removed from the fire, but the beating continued until the mixture turns white and cool. Egg whites are broken down separately on hard snow with the rest of the sugar and add to the egg yolks with gentle stirring while sprinkles a bit of sifted flour and semolina. The mixture flavored with vanilla and pour into the pan, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour or covered with paper, and bake in a moderate oven. Bake until the revani, prepare the syrup. The revani pour the syrup while it is still warm.

This is the original recipe for the roaring! My father loves it and do it at regular intervals. And will upload pictures
