Snails with rice

Ingredients
25 snails
1 onion
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1-2 tomatoes
salt, 1 tsp paprika, pepper
parsley

Method
Cooked snails taken out of the shell with a fork, remove the back part black. Chop finely and stew about 5 minutes in the oil. Add the snails, cleaned and washed rice, chopped tomatoes and salt. Stir and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add red pepper, stir and pour 4-5 cups water. Boil for 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. Finally add the chopped parsley and pepper.

With gyuzum it surprising, but without tomatoes.

Gyuzum is mint:-) And really goes snails!

It is the same.

Except one is literary, the other dialect word that not everyone knows. Here are frequently asked consumers what gyuzum. I have not criticized, and I said to those who will read in the future.

Here you call it mint. I put almost everything mint, very love it. Barbova, I think 1-2 home will improve the taste will not spoil it, but everyone does it so well knows and as is vskusno :)

With green onions and chutney instead of fresh tomatoes are also very tasty.
