Ingredients
4 small fresh cucumbers
200 g canned sweet corn
500 g sterilized mushrooms
2-3 sprigs fresh basil
2-3 sprigs of dill
200 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp cream
pepper
salt
Method
Peeled cucumber cut into very thin slices, sprinkle with a little salt, put in a strainer and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes to drain some of the juice. Then gently blotted dry. Mushrooms cut into small pieces and mix with the drained corn. The ingredients are mixed with finely chopped herbs, pepper and mayonnaise, whipped with cream. Salad mix well and garnish optional.
