Vine dolmas with chicken liver

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
1/2 cup Rice
2-3 with. l. sunflower oil
2 pickles
2-3 peppers
1 tsp tomato paste
1 bunch parsley
1 small onion
salt, pepper
grape leaves (can canned)

Method
Livers are cooked after cool, cut into small pieces. Onions, peppers and cucumbers also finely with livers and sauté in the oil. Then add rice, black and red pepper, tomato paste mixed into 1/2 cup hot water and finely chopped parsley 1/2 connection. Add salt and simmer until the rice absorbs the water. When cooled down, make dolmas, which are arranged in a saucepan, pour 2 with. L sunflower oil and 1 cup water and put on low heat to simmer 40 minutes (maybe in the oven). Once you are fat, the dolmas are ready. Serve flights with yogurt and sprinkled with chopped parsley left. Parsley can be replaced with dill.
