Ingredients
4 eggs
250 g yogurt
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 vanilla
flour as you take
fat frying

Method
All products are kneaded to a stiff dough. Without waiting to rise, the dough is spread with 1 cm thick and cut shapes. Fry in very hot oil until golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and can be served with jam of your choice.

hello I tried them but I put a little flour to become like pancake batter and a little cheese straight top
