Chicken Gypsy

600 g chicken
2 onions
2 carrots
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1 cup Corn
1 cup peas
100 g mushrooms
sunflower oil
salt, pepper
1 tbsp natural starch

Cut the meat into chunks, sprinkle with starch and mix. Onions and peppers cut into strips and carrot slices. Meat fry in fat and subtract. In the same oil fry the onion alternately, carrots, peppers, peas, corn and mushrooms. To avoid frying, can be added in a little water. When the vegetables are ready, add the meat. Add salt to taste, sprinkle with pepper and parsley. And the vegetables and the quantities of all products are subject to change according to availability and desire. The aim is the dish to cook quickly and easily and is colorful - a gypsy. Option 2: You can add 2-3 tbsp tomato paste, fuzzy with some water before returning the meat with vegetables. Option 3: You can add 200 g of sour cream, after excluding the heat.
