1 kg pork
3 onions
1 head of garlic
2 carrots
500 g mushrooms
300 g fresh sausage
500 g potatoes
1 tsp savory
1 tsp red pepper
salt to taste
1 cup white wine
100 ml sunflower oil

The meat is cut into chunks and lightly salted. Fresh sausage meaning raw sausage or Hamburg? otherwise everything is like in the recipe.

used boiled sausage - Macedonian, but I peeled before you cut it. I think that will happen with Hamburg salami.
