Appetizers from pig hearts

Ingredients
1 kg pig hearts
1 onion
1 carrot
1 bay leaf
3-4 Allspice
pepper, paprika, salt
100 g butter
150 ml red wine
Method
Hearts are washed, pour cold water in which put an onion, carrot, allspice, bay leaf and salt. Cook in a pressure cooker for 30-40 minutes. Once boiled hearts cut into slices and arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with red and black pepper, pour red wine on top are placed lumps butter and baked until stay fat.

Ina hopefully appeal to you! In winter often do, go necessarily with a glass of red wine. Write then if you like it.
