Apples in caramel

Ingredients
10 apples
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup glucose
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp butter
little red paint optional

Method
Clean the apples and remove the handles. Where were the handles pot up on a wooden stick or skewer. Pour into a saucepan the sugar and glucose without first stirring, heat until the mixture is caramelized. Parallel to this, heat the cream in another court, but not boil. Remove the caramel from the heat and trickle it to add the hot cream, stirring. Return the pan back on the stove and stir in the butter and low heat. Add a little paint, mix until a homogeneous mixture and remove from heat. Dip each skewer with apple in caramel mixture immediately. Instructing them on baking paper and leave to harden for 20-30 minutes. Optional, before completely wrapped a caramel and rolled in crushed nuts.

Can anybody tell me where buy glucose. Very good proposal and picture may not speak. Take me back to childhood.

Glucose sold in major stores like Kaufland, Billa - arranged either in bottles or jars to honey and sweet. Also available in specialized shops for diabetics.

sale glucose and powder which is mixed with water. in so on. Organic shops have it where they sell dietary and organic products. I am making an ordinary supermarket - not a big chain of their stand for dietetic foods.
