Banitsa - Tutmanik

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
400 g yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
4-5 eggs
400 g feta cheese
5 tbsp sunflower oil
250 g butter
flour (2 tea cup . + 4 tbsp)
pinch of salt

Method
Soda is quenched in yogurt, mix eggs and crumbled feta cheese, add the flour (2 cups) and mix well. Each filo pastry sheet sprinkled with plenty of mixture is rolled into a roll, wrinkled and arrange in greased pan with sunflower oil in a circle or cigar depending on the shape of the tray. After filling the entire tray, the banitsa not cut into large pieces. The butter is melted on the stove, add 4 tbsp flour and a pinch of salt (if the feta cheese is not too savory). The banitsa pour the mixture - must first cuts of the pieces. Bake in preheated oven at moderate temperature.
