Ingredients
700 g fillet of wild boar
2-3 eggs
1 cup flour batter
500 g carrots
500 g onions
1 cup red wine
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp thyme

Method
Fillets are crushed well, sprinkle with spices and left to sit for a few hours. In a pan fry coarsely chopped onions and carrots. Fillets are dipped in beaten eggs in flour again in eggs and fry in more sunflower oil. Remove and arrange in a clay pot stew or glass - turn fillets order onion and carrots and so on until finished products. Top, pour the wine and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bake at 250 C for 45 minutes.
