2 pork shanks
2 onions
2-3 bay leaves
5-6 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika
5-6 peppercorns
4 potatoes (unpeeled)
2 carrots
1 cup white wine

Method
Jolie placed in a pressure cooker, with the whole unpeeled potatoes, carrots, garlic, spices and wine. Pour in water to cover them and add the olive oil. Boil for 1 hour. Once ready shanks are removed and placed in a baking dish. Sauce pan without potatoes passaged and potatoes are peeled and cut. Sauce with potatoes is placed in the shank and bake for about 30 minutes from time to time pour the sauce.
