Method
Nettle clean , washed well and remove the handles. Place in a small amount of boiling water for 1 minute, just long enough to soften. Once cooled down chop onion. Mix well minced meat, nettles, chopped onion and a little fresh garlic / if you do not have fresh garlic is replaced with 1 clove old / grated cheese, yogurt, egg, breadcrumbs, a pinch of finely chopped sage, pepper and lemon rind. If not minced meat salt, add salt. Covered was allowed at least 30 minutes to mix the ingredients. With wet hands, form 8 balls, which are arranged in a baking dish on a greased baking sheet. Place in preheated oven, bake at 180-190C degrees until browned. Serve with milk-garlic sauce. * Meatballs can also be fried, as in the original recipe, previously rolled in flour. Become more juicy, but I prefer the healthier option. * The original recipe used spinach, Parmesan and fresh milk that I've replaced the nettles, cheese and yogurt. * For those who would not have experimented with lemon peel and sage, can easily cook them without these ingredients.

I like the combination. Tomorrow will buy spinach and will make them. I will bake in the halogen oven - so one side will be healthy because they are fried, the other side will keep their juiciness and taste better.

There are variations of this recipe - enjoy chicken - finely chopped or minced; meatballs be rolled in breadcrumbs; Milencha will expect results! :)

Very tasty meatballs have learned. :) I izparzhih them, zayuoto so love them. I used spinach and put lemon peel and sage. Instead, I added fresh parsley and became great.

Katya, I'm glad you used the idea. In the original recipe fried, but I Paiute them. To each according to taste! :)
