Soup pangasius fillet

Ingredients
1 pangasius fillet
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tomato
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, white pepper
1 glass lovage
2-3 celery leaves

Method
Onions and carrot finely and sauté in oil until soft. Make up about 1 liter of water (several times less), and boil add the grated tomato and spices. Once tomatoes uvri add chopped into small pieces pangasius fillet. Remove from heat after about 10 minutes and add the chopped parsley.

About 4 servings may come, but it depends on how much is poured :)
