Ingredients
500 g battered (Hulled) wheat
2 tbsp butter
pinch of salt
powdered sugar
Method
At 1.5 liters of boiling salted water put wheat. Boil on low heat until most of the water boil off. Then turn the pan with a woolen garment (or blankets) and leave the wheat for ten hours natsafti. Then pour the fried butter and sweeten to taste.
