Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
3-4 heads (200 g) onion
2-3 (150 g) carrots
4-5 (250 g) red tomatoes
3- 4 (200 g) green peppers
60 g rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1/2 bunch parsley
salt

Method
Clear and washed chicken cut into pieces that are boiled 30 minutes in salted water with 1 onion and 1 carrot . In fat were added and sauté chopped onion, grated carrot, peeled and chopped tomatoes, chopped peppers, flour and clean and washed rice. Pour broth and leave on low heat until tender vegetables. Add meat and parsley. Once the boil for 10-15 minutes, remove the dish from the fire.
