Ingredients
2 boiled pork tongue
2-3 carrots
1 head celery
500 g potatoes
1 pickle
2 eggs
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp vinegar
salt
pickled peppers
Method
In salted water cook the cleaned and peeled carrots, potatoes and celery. Cut into cubes and mix with chopped cucumber, the oil and vinegar. Language is sliced and ranks stepped in the middle of a serving plate. On it is poured vegetables. Decorate with sliced eggs and strips of red bell peppers pickled.
