Arabian revani

Ingredients
5 eggs
15 tbsp sugar
flour - enough to make
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
2 cup water
Method
On a lightly heated stove confused five egg yolks with 5 tbsp sugar until fully melted. Egg whites are broken down into the snow, and finally add 10 tbsp sugar. At this time the oven in which the tray is placed on the firing of the revani. Tray covered with baking paper. Very carefully mix the yolks and egg whites, gradually adding the sifted flour. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake 10 minutes, without opening the oven. During this time the syrup is boiled. Allow to cool and pour it with the revani. Cut into diamonds and serve.
