Ingredients
8 pears
500 ml milk
250 g brown sugar
100 g butter
cinnamon
Method
Peel the pears, remove the core them and arrange them in the pan. In a saucepan put the butter, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer until the sugar and the butter is melted. Pour over the pears in the pan with the mixture and bake for about 25 minutes in preheated oven at 220 C. Serve cold.
