1 carrot
2 onion

Method
Beans soak for 7-8 hours. Triturated with hands to remove skins. Put it in a pot, pour water (it covers 4 fingers) add chopped bell pepper, celery, carrot, onion and the oil. After boil put savory. Boil for half an hour. Remove from heat and add the other spices. The spices are added to taste, but be careful with rosemary and nutmeg. They have a very strong flavor and are put in a pinch.
