Beef with processed cheese and cream

Ingredients
1 kg beef - topside
125 g butter
200 g sour cream
200 g processed cheese
200-300 g mushrooms
200 ml water
salt
pepper
Method
Court of Jena glass smeared with butter and arrange layers of processed cheese, cut into pieces of meat, mushrooms, butter, while finished products. Pour 200 ml water and dish pour the cream, season with pepper and salt. Bake in a hot oven until ready.

It is very tasty! To make it more flavorful water may be replaced with white wine.
