about 250-300 g broccoli
prosciutto (in this case I had about 20 g, and a vast majority can be put), ham or bacon
50 g cheese
60 g butter
10 seasoning vegetables or other herbs of your choice (vegeta, vegetable broth)
Chopped ham and fry it in a pan with a little sunflower oil. Add broccoli, seasoning with salt, pepper and 10 vegetables, add the butter and pour a little water. Cover with lid and occasionally stirring. When the water boil off completely add the egg and mix well, finally grated cheese and mix again to melt.
