Buhtichki brine cheese

Ingredients
a 500 ml brine for feta cheese
1 tbsp sugar
42 g yeast
2 eggs
5 ml sunflower oil
meal - very thick porridge

Method
Yeast dissolved in 250 ml hot water. Add the remaining product and mix well. Insert the flour so as to obtain a thick and sticky dough, hard fall from a spoon. It is well kneaded, no lumps and leave to rise slightly. Sgoreshtyava is sunflower oil, grebva with a spoon and put into hot sunflower oil. Fry on both sides.
