Ingredients
200 g feta cheese
1 kg cauliflower
90 g butter
3 eggs
1 cup milk
salt

Method
Cleaned of green leaves and stalk of chopped cauliflower florets and boil in salted water until soft. Drain well and put an even layer in a greased baking pan, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and melted butter and pour the beaten eggs into the milk. The dish is baked in a moderate oven until lightly browned. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with a salad of your choice.

Tasty dish, which again I prepared!
We liked a lot! I replaced with broccoli and cauliflower sprinkled with cheese. Will certainly do it again!
