Ingredients
1 kg cauliflower
125 g butter
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
2/3 cup cream
1 tsp pepper
150 g cheese
salt

Method
Cauliflower is broken into florets and boiled in salted water. Part of the butter smeared tray and arrange cauliflower. Mix the butter with bread crumbs, cream, some broth cauliflower and pepper. This mixture is poured cauliflower. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 220 C until golden.
