Ingredients
4 boneless chicken legs
500 g spaghetti
2 carrots
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 tin of soybean sprouts (200 g)
1 clove garlic
1-2 tsp sauce oysters (I put soy sauce instead)
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
# For the marinade:
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 sugar tongs
1 tbsp sesame sunflower oil (sunflower)
Method
Put the pasta to boil in salted boiling water. Cut the chicken in pieces and marinated. Cut the carrots into slices, pepper - julienne and garlic - very finely. Put the fire chicken with garlic by adding sauteed carrots, peppers and then finally drained soy sprouts. Sprinkle with salt and sugar. Subtract and draining the pasta, rinse them with cold water. Add them to the chicken along with the sauce of oysters. Stir well and serve. Optional can add the green onions
