Ingredients
5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ground walnuts
100 g chocolate
4 tbsp flour
10 g baking powder
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
From the sugar and water is boiled thick syrup. Once cool, add the flour, egg yolks, baking powder, the walnuts, grated chocolate and finally the beaten egg whites. Pour into a form greased with butter. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
