Ingredients
3-4 zucchini
5-6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
fresh dill (optional)

Method
Courgettes are peeled and cut into large cubes. In a deep pan put the oil and place on the stove to pozagree. Pour zucchini and pozaparzhvat 2-3 minutes with a little salt, then add the red pepper and fry it. Courgettes start to put water and boil on slow fire, if you prefer a dish to have more sauce pour 1 cup water. Garlic cut into small pieces and add to the dish. The dish is left to simmer on low heat until ready. When removing from the fire flavored with salt and chopped fresh dill if desired.
