Dough balls with cottage cheese

Ingredients
500 g flour
1-2 eggs
125 g salo
250 g fresh cottage cheese
1 cup (200 g) sour cream
salt
1 tbsp fat
Method
Of flour, eggs, pinch of salt and a little cold water knead the dough elastic solid and allowed to stand for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough into a sheet with a thickness of a match and left 10 minutes to dry on both sides. Then, passing of balls and place it immediately in a highly boiling salted water which is added a little oil. Once dough balls rise to the surface, removed, allowed to drain a little more hot and served. Drained (keep warm) cottage cheese sprinkled on them. Top distributed melted bacon and pour the warmed possibly thick sour cream. Dough balls can then cook them to saute in preheated lard.
