Method
Livers are cleaned and steamed for 3-4 minutes in boiling water. In a deep frying pan fry the onions, mushrooms and livers. Add wine, vermouth and brandy. Pour a clean stones from plums. Cook until the alcohol to evaporate. Taste. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
