Exotic cocktail - appetizer in a glass

Ingredients
150 g ham
1 banana
1 apple
12 almond nuts
100 g mayonnaise
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 egg white
ground pepper
pickles 2

Method
Lemon mayonnaise leave 1 tbsp for garnishing. Parsley cut into small pieces. Egg white stir and pour into a shallow dish. Two large glasses of champagne immersed upside down in the white, then in the chopped parsley and face. At the edge of the glasses a green wreath with a width of 6 mm. Allow to dry egg white. During that time, almonds are flooded for 5 minutes in boiling water and peel. Ham, banana and peeled apple and pickles, cut into small cubes and mix with mayonnaise. Add black pepper. Pour into glasses. Almonds are chopped with a knife. Mayonnaise shtpritsova be allocated on the surface of the mixture into glasses and sprinkle almonds around florets mayonnaise. Lemon cut 2 circles, each cut in the center and radius are clamped to the edge of the glasses. Finished cocktail is served cold with glass cups and saucers in teaspoons. At this very tasteful and glamorous cocktail is served as concentrate and white wine.
