Ingredients
3 pangasius fillet
3-4 onions
soy sauce
4-5 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 lemon without skin
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Chop and in large pieces Pour into buttered pan. Pour on the Season with salt and soy sauce fish fillets, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Lemon cut into slices and ranks on the fish. Sprinkle with a little water and sunflower oil and bake until browned.
