Fish pate with avocado

Ingredients
200 g salted salmon
200 g avocado
2 tbsp (20 ml) dry red wine or dry sherry
2 tbsp (20 ml) fresh lemon juice
salt
pepper
Method
3 / 4 of salmon stir puree. Add the cleaned and cut into pieces avocado and dorazbiva. Add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until the mixture looked like a smooth thin paste or a thick sauce. The remaining salmon is cut into thin filiiki and rank sail around pate. Serve with crackers.
